Welders - (All Shifts) Minimum of 1 year weld experience or training with ability to pass production weld testing.  Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.  Blueprint reading skills and good math skills required.

Buyer II - (1st Shift) Performs daily supply chain management practices and purchasing needs.  Achieving strategic procurement goals and objectives through the execution of sourcing policies and procedures.  Degree in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business Administration, or a business-related field, or five (50 or more years o experience in a formal purchasing environment.  Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems a plus.

Maintenance Mechanic – (off shift) Troubleshoots and repairs all machine shop equipment. Good mechanical and trouble shooting skills required. HVAC and Electrical skills preferred.

Weight Sealer – (2nd shift) Four 10-hour shifts! Operates an ultrasonic weight cleaner and performs calibrations of weights. High attention to detail and good math skills.

Powder Paint Prep Operator – (2nd and 3rd Shifts) Four 10-hour shifts! Uses phosphatizing equipment to prepare parts for powder painting. Previous power hand tool experience a plus.

Saw Operator (2nd and 3rd Shift) Four 10-hour shifts! Must have manufacturing experience and familiarity with machines. Ability to work independently. Must possess basic hand tool skills and good communication skills.

Laser Assistant – (1st and 2nd Shifts) Helps with general operation of the lasers and other machinery, and operates overhead cranes to load steel and remove completed parts. Must have good communication skills.

National Service Coordinator – (1st shift) Works closely with the dealer and client to provide customer service and billing support.  Sales and service experience required.  Mechanical aptitude desired.
